Position is located in Aventura, FL
(Candidate should reside in or around South Florida area or have a very strong desire to relocate.

  • Coordinate and prepare client-focused proposals, budgets and client bids, ensuring all required information is provided within the given time-frame
  • Communicate with potential study sites, vendors and other third parties to collect budgets, recruitment rates and other information necessary for successful proposal development
  • Ensure adherence to the proposal process and coordinate with appropriate personnel internally to ensure the proposals and strategy meet the business needs
  • Participate in client strategy calls to discuss customer requirements, identify areas of interest and concern, and foster the client relationship
  • Ensure that Biorasi’s proposed service solutions are creative, viable and profitable and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure proper review and final approval processes are followed
  • Setup/attend proposal strategy and/or internal team meetings. If required, record and distribute meeting minutes

  • Minimum Associate or Bachelor’s Degree. Degree in life sciences is preferred
  • Previous experience in the CRO / Pharmaceuticals industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remain highly motivated in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
