Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create effective, forward-thinking and unconventional training and personnel development material that differentiates Biorasi within the CRO industry and against other fast growth companies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to rapidly implement training content across the company.
  • Implement trainings in a variety of different delivery methodologies such as Live, PowerPoint, PowerPoint Shows, Video, etc. 
  • Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
  • Ensure the maintenance of compliant training documentation for all employees.
  • General coordination of programs and compilation of training and other functions as necessary. 
 
 
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with branch personnel in specific trainings as well as staff development programs.
  • Focus on prioritized training and development daily tasks. 
  • Other duties as assigned to meet objectives. 
 
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • EdD or PhD preferred and minimum of 2 years’ experience in training development with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Able to set and meet aggressive goals and sense of urgency in completion of responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to Human Resources, evaluation and compensation data.
  • Computer literacy proficiency with MS Office.
