Primary Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes appropriate Biorasi contract templates and works with Head of Commercial Operations to construct Sponsor facing contracts such as Letters of Intent, Work Orders, Sponsor MSAs, and Change Orders.
  • Solicits input from Client Solutions, Project Operations, Support Operations and Process and Quality as needed to construct contracts.
  • Identifies improvements or need for changes or additions to existing contract templates including the creation of new templates.
  • Ensures all contract related documents, including CDAs, are properly signed, filed and maintained.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Consults with and interprets contract terms as needed to support Project Operations or other internal branches.
  • Identifies and develops other supporting documentation and tools, such as additional templates, checklists, etc., to facilitate the timely and effective development of Sponsor contracts.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Successful completion of paralegal education program resulting in associates’ or bachelors’ degree, bachelors preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of developing and administering business to business contracts.
  • Strong communication and business negotiating skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
