Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the training and development function that differentiates Biorasi within the CRO industry and against other fast growth companies.
  • General coordination of programs and the compilation of training programs, setting up training rooms, technology and other functions as needed. 
  • Assist in the management of Employee Training files for new hires, as well as maintaining compliant ongoing training documentation for existing employees.
  • Assist in the creation, enhancement and implementation of training tools and delivery methodologies.
  • Participate in the evaluation of performance and effectiveness of training programs, including recommendations for improvement.
 
Secondary Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with Branch subject matter experts in specific trainings as well as staff development programs.
  • Organization of training content and compliant training documentation; maintenance of databases, tracking systems, tools, etc. 
  • Focus on prioritized Training and Development daily tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet objectives.
 
 
Qualifications and Experience Required: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Advanced organization skills, multi-tasking, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to Human Resources, evaluation and compensation data.
